Family fun is the order of the day at McDanel's Launch in
Moraine State Park during Moraine's 2nd Annual Winterfest.
Admission is free and so are the activities! Bring the whole family!

- Beaver County Snow Shovel Riding Championship

Fastest snow shovel rider to slide from top of hill to bottom wins! (160’ race downhill to finish line)

Where: Old Economy Park, 5 Forcey Drive, Economy Borough

When: 10:00 AM (Registration begins at 10 a.m., racing starts at 12:15 p.m.)

Who: Everyone can watch! Racers have to be ages 5 years and up.

How: Registration from 10 A.M.-Noon. Racing begins at 12:15.

Cost: free

Appropriate clothing

Please remember that the classrooms
may be chilly during the winter months.
Please dress your children appropriately.
You may leave a sweatshirt or extra socks
in their cubby.
Also, please make sure they have coats that
they are able to go outside with. We do go
outside as long as the weather permits and
temperatures are above 40 degrees.
